Review on ☕ OXO Brew Uplift Tea Kettle Anniversary Edition - Brushed Stainless Steel by Becky Dahl

I have been a loyal Oxo customer for many years. This is not their best product. It looks great but has some limitations that make me regret this purchase. First, the whistle is barely audible. I prefer a sound that alerts me when I'm more than 60cm away from the stove. The handle and cover of the spout are connected so that the cover lifts when the handle is lifted. While this seems like a great feature, I place the kettle on the stove and forget to press down on the handle to close the lid when you're ready to pour. This means the little sound that would have come from a whistle is now gone. I also have to tilt the kettle and my measuring cup when filling the device. Overall, this isn't the best ergonomic design Oxo has come up with.
