Great beginner/intermediate weight bench with multiple exercise options
I have the product only for a week now.It was relatively straightforward to assemble but took one evening for two members to complete.The bench is compact and sturdy uses 1 inch weight plates; I am using 6 ft barbell. Loving it so far!
