Very easy to use. Each controller is divided into two parts. Connect the parts around the seat belt. The red slider then snaps onto the belt. You can slide it back and reset it if needed. Position it on the belt so that the adjuster contacts the bracket in the car through which the belt passes before the belt slack is taken up. Then the belt can no longer stretch when you pulled it. I find it useful to keep my shirts from wrinkling, but it can also be used to prevent the belt from pressing on the shoulder. If desired, it can be easily removed and does not leave marks on the seat belt.
