Review on I-CONN by Josh Sharp

Customer support has been very responsive to our needs; they are always willing to help us figure out any problems we have with their product. The price of this software can be prohibitively expensive if you don't need all features that it offers (and there's no free version). We've found that other solutions like Zuora or BillFloat offer similar functionality at much lower prices than iConnections' offerings do. If your business requires an accounting system, then look into using another solution because in my opinion, iConnection does not provide enough services as far as its competitors go. It also doesn't seem to integrate well with additional applications such as Salesforce which makes life easier when working within large organizations.
