Easy way keep track and maintain real estate
It is very easy for users with no training or experience in housing management systems, so it's great that they have made things as simple (and intuitive)as possible! The platform has been fantastic at helping us manage our portfolio of properties - we can see all property information easily from one place which makes house-keeping much easier than having multiple spreadsheets etc. We are able to do basic maintenance tasks such as requesting repairs/repairs being done within 24 hours without needing an engineer out visiting each individual site every day.
Pros
- I love how user friendly this system actually is compared other more complicated ones available here in Australia..it takes away any need for engineering staff when dealing remotely!! Also like most programs these days you don't require previous knowledge anymore either if learning new software tools.you learn by playing around until finding just what works best your way :) And also its fast loading ability allows me access my various sites instantly whenever needed too ! All good stuff!!!
