Well made product but no missing parts!
The product looks very well made and is designed for heavy use. The product was supposed to come with fasteners, neoprene strips and instructions BUT WAS NOT. I just wanted to buy my own mounts but without instructions it was hard to figure out what to use. After waiting weeks for Backrack to be installed, I was disappointed when parts were missing from the installation kit.
