I liked best how easy it was for me to create multiple rules/policies in one central location without having to go back & forth between different screens or apps. It would have been nice if there were some built-in dashboards / reporting capabilities (i.e., something similar to Salesforce's Charts). We are trying to standardize our process and make things easier for everyone involved - especially when we have people who need just a little bit more training. Our main goal is to eliminate miscommunication about what needs to get done during outages.
