Orb data Review

I like how easy it is for me or our customers/clients in general to create new windows / tasks - its very simple! We don't have many problems with orb software itself but we are having issues when managing multiple sites (multiple locations) using one client login account. This causes some confusion since sometimes certain users will see different task lists depending upon where they log into their site admin section first thing every morning!! I like the ease of setup. It's very intuitive! You don't have to worry about getting your hands dirty with SQL or programming in order to get up-and-running - everything is done for you under the hood. Also it has great reporting capabilities which makes keeping track of things much easier than using Excel sheets. Nothing really at the moment. I like how easy it is for me (as an admin)to set up my windows in one place rather than having them scattered around different places or even multiple databases! Also being able to see what jobs are running at any time would make our life easier when we need help with something - which isn't often but sometimes you do have questions about why things aren't working right so knowing where they're located makes finding answers much quicker!!
