I like how easy it is for me or our customers/clients in general to create new windows / tasks - its very simple! We don't have many problems with orb software itself but we are having issues when managing multiple sites (multiple locations) using one client login account. This causes some confusion since sometimes certain users will see different task lists depending upon where they log into their site admin section first thing every morning!! However if you do NOT want to go down the route of making separate accounts per location then perhaps try another scheduling app? It's been helpful because there isn't much downtime between us knowing about an issue versus waiting until 3 days after when someone else calls asking what time did something get installed etc..
