My old door locking mechanism fell apart . this one is much more solid and fit in the same spot, with some extra trimming. Connected to my old 12V secure entry system, works perfectly!

- The product is fail-secure, which means that it will remain locked in case of power outage. This could, however, pose a challenge in situations where emergency exit is necessary
