retinaman speaks well and works

This is a good value item that I added to my road bike. At 70, I care more about comfort than time trial speed. what you need to know If your current seatpost is angled more than a few inches from the top of the post, you won't be able to set the entire rig low enough. Even if you cut off part of your rack, it still won't sit on the bike around the corner. I had to search my stack for another straighter stance. Also know that this thing does not move up and down in a pure vertical. works a bit like a swing. When the seatback is lowered, the front of the saddle rises and it is uncomfortable to rest at the root. So when there is no one on the seat, the nose of the saddle should be tilted down so that the saddle is resting when your weight is now level. Don't give up until you've tried at least a dozen of the thousands of possible settings. The open end goes forward. Weighing 11.94 ounces and priced at $28, it's worth trying for less butt shake. If it's too springy, move the saddle closer to the closed end of the device and then move the whole thing to where you want it. Don't regret the purchase, I'm considering taking out the Redshift suspension as well, but at $150 I haven't jumped yet. Happy and safe driving for all of us.
