worth the money. There were no instructions, obviously they sent me a returned item. To update. Somehow not exactly. Check how much I'm dosing every day, my levels were EVERYTHING. I don't dose and apparently my calcium and kh were a lot higher than the day before. I read guides and watch videos. Nothing helps.
