I like the product. My daughter said she has hearing problems as she says I'm not loud enough (never heard that) but I can hear her just fine. Yes they could be louder but for the most part they are ok. Their ears are a little farther from the speakers and mine are right next to them in mine, so maybe that's the problem. The problem lies in the user manual. Not written by someone who knows English like everyone else. They have zero meaning. You have to watch the video on YOUTUBE and it doesn't follow the guide at all. That was the only way I could understand her. Otherwise I would have had to send them back.
