I bought these after watching the Chrisfix video it had similar if not the same rattles for the most part they were fantastic and delivered as promised they really let me work in tight spaces and handle anything I threw at them. It's been like this until today, today I had to pull old parts out of a broken down truck (forearms) and I broke a 3/8" head. I used an extension for more leverage as they were intended. The bolt broke out on the pros. I have not yet contacted them for a replacement. I will update the review once I see how the warranty is. I have attached some photos of what happened. I was surprised it broke. I've used them regularly and it didn't seem like too much work for the product. Update: The order placement process was painless and easy. I sent an email to support@steelmantools.com. They asked for some sort of proof of purchase and shipping details. (Screenshot of Amazon receipt). About a week after the whole procedure I received a new ratchet. I have no complaints and the new ratchet is the same shape and finish as the first.
