Not as good as I had hoped.
Doesn't hold knife tight enough to prevent slipping and over tightening can damage the blade holder. If you're trying to sharpen shorter, narrower knives, e.g. B. paring knife, stones in the blade holder can get caught in the blade holder. (This happens when the blade is seated low enough in the holder to ensure a good grip on the blade.) Longer knives tend to slip in the knife holder.
