Not bad quality, but still not a replacement for 3m tape.
It's ok. Certainly better than super cheap, but not of the same quality as 3m. I wouldn't use it where the wrap is short on the end, but along the middle of the wire harness or something like that would be great. The vinyl itself is pretty durable, the flexibility is okay too. But like many other tapes, it's all about the tape. And here the glue would be 8 out of 10.
