They fit me perfectly and can even do with a little twisting from an ABS sheet that isn't even as thick as it is. I didn't use an actual press, just hit them with a propane lamp until they were cherry red and dunked them. Used for non-cosmetic purposes (automotive) and really saved my Kizer. Also, appreciate that you can adjust them a bit if you make them into cherries. Not used for heavy use but to hold a plastic panel on a car originally designed as a joke with structural components that are literally 1mm thick. Hardware I made from ABS and these inserts are significantly stronger than the original lame construction.
