The kit is ok, I'm not sure if the cooling tape is normal or if it's just double sided tape but overheating doesn't work luckily. You can't kill Pi that fast. An official case might seem like a great idea, but the Pi 4 really benefits from cooling. As for the power adapter, I've never used anything other than official power adapters. Not with all dangerous counterfeit USB adapters. It's not worth the instability or worse. Luckily the kit I sent used the official power supply. Other adapter cables and something else that came with the kit are in good condition, no complaints. I wouldn't pick the official case again due to cooling issues at the end and I can't confirm the legitimacy of the heatsink tape, but everything else seems GOOD.
