Great Mat but beware if you sweat alot
I've been using this mat almost every day since December 2020. I agree with the impressive 5 star reviews, but I sweat alot, as i'm 200lbs.alignment marking on it works very well, the colour is lovely and it is comfortable but the one thing I really hate is how slippery it is! My hands and feet are CONSTANTLY slipping out from under me and I have to readjust all the time.I feel my practice suffering after a start sweating bullets 30 minutes in and I have to adjust my feet just for basic warrior 1 and 2 transitions due to slip!
- The high-density padding provides comfort without compromising stability
- The alignment lines may not be helpful for those who prefer a more intuitive practice
