My youngest son is a grill master. He's been in charge of our family barbecues and pool parties since junior high school. He wanted a cast iron skillet so I bought him one for his last birthday. He loves to! Nobody can touch it lol and I get it because my mom used to think the same way about those pans. Once they have matured, it is very important that they are properly cared for. If soap/water is used on it you will ruin it. We grilled some New York steaks and not only did they look beautiful, they tasted amazing. This pan takes me back to my childhood. Head to the park and prepare some scrambled eggs to cook over an open fire and spend quality time with your family. The fragrance will accompany you forever. During this pandemic, it's wonderful that a simple cast iron skillet can bring so much happiness 💜
