I used to use RWC seals which were better (better glide, longer life) than Fox seals. I have a tool to install rwc. As with removing old seals, you need to heat the fork. I submerged the top of my bottoms in boiling water which significantly softened the seals, same goes for the installation. These seals are compatible with the new gold fork oil - I think the new oil is a huge upgrade too. I think these new seals are just as good. like RWC seals. Use a small amount of lipoleum (same as sticky honey but much cheaper).
