If you are planning to purchase this item, you MUST read this first. Do NOT (should not) use any lubricant or grease when installing OR after installing these bushings. Every bit of lubrication, no matter how small, destroys the Neverfail material within a short time. Third, ONLY USE the straps provided IF they are the same thickness or thicker than the one you are removing. If you replace the thicker straps with the ones included in the kit, the bolt and nut may not be tight enough to pull the ribbed portion of the NEW bolts into the crown fork. This backs out the bolts just enough to loosen the belt and potentially act as a file against the inside of the belt as it spins during towing. If you don't follow these instructions, you could easily injure yourself even more. That's good and you have to pay for the removal and installation. Too bad there wasn't even a note in the box that said "DO NOT USE LUBRICANTS".
