Okay. I received this item about an hour ago, unboxed it, washed it and picked up the recipes I found online and got started. The pot is great! You need to keep an eye on the temperature and reduce it from the maximum to the minimum once it reaches the boiling point. Heats up quickly so be prepared with the ingredients. The item is a little smaller than the photos and I would say it's perfect for two people, no more. Cleaning was very easy! We made cheese fondue as a starter and will be making chocolate fondue tonight. I really wish you could buy extra bowls so you don't have to clean up between meals. If we used it as a main course, it would be too much work. Generally very happy.
