Review on Metra TurboWires 71-2003-1 Wiring Harness: Streamline Your Car’s Electrical Connections by Mike Rice

Works great for what I do.

Perfect for my needs. I hooked up the speakers and power cords to a set of bookshelf speakers and a 12v power supply from a room in the house and the car stereo became a home stereo/CD player. Connect the antenna cable to Motorola's Radio From jack, and you can play music and test car stereos in this way. I have a good collection of radios from my cars that I've owned and replaced with aftermarket radios and from auto junkyards, and there are GM factory radios on Ebay for about $25 from junk dealers. It's a great idea for a collection like mine to just buy old radios and turn them on like you would in a car. I was thinking of building a stereo stand out of wood, like the audio displays in stores, and attaching several speakers to it. Otherwise they lay in the barn gathering dust and saw tons of radios in junkyards and antique yards, some from the 1960s and 1970s and from 8 tracks to cassette. LAUGH OUT LOUD :)
