I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface, can be used offline as well online but also offers very good mobile support too! The reporting options are great especially when combined together in order to create custom dashboards which enables you give all details about your clients/ customers sustainability practices across their entire organization.

It would be helpful if there were more native reports available rather than being limited to only using Excel or Google Sheets templates. Also make sure you have someone who knows how this software works so they know what kind of questions may come up during the implementation process. We've been able to collect ESO scores from our employees and send them directly into our internal database allowing us to see where we need improvement across departments.
