
I love how easy it was for accoro staff members, especially my office manager Julie S.,to use with our clients' practices when we needed them last minute! It's very user friendly too; this makes implementing into existing systems even easier than usual as well!! We had some issues at first but they were quickly resolved by their support team via phone or email in under 10 minutes one time each from initial contact through final resolution (which included refund of fees).

Overall great product - so far there have been no downsides about its functionality/usability other then minor glitches here-and-there while getting set up initially etc which are being dealt w easily enough. Easy system to learn once you get comfortable using your keyboard shortcuts vs clicking around screens etc. One thing i dont like yet though would most likely improve overall experience if implemented soon after purchase :D The best feature has got to me think.
