The only reason it's not 5* is that the AC plug and 3 pin plug slip off and pull out. I know it would be fine if I just parked it and plugged it in, but I usually use it when I'm watching TV and moving around a lot. My old one broke from moving or trying to move and hit 3 prongs which smashed and broke it. I found a place to put it so I don't accidentally stumble upon it. It's also 3A while my original was 4A, so it takes a little longer to charge, but if I'm charging in bed or at other times when it's not being used, I'll do my job if I let it. My main concern was if it would charge my Jazzy's batteries and it does, so I'm happy.
