The generator in my radio tape recorder hummed a lot. I bought two just in case. I set the first according to the power of the radio. It has NOT improved anything. Just for a smile I put it next to the cigarette lighter because it turned on my phone when I turned on the bluetooth radio. The noise is almost completely gone. The noise was being pumped through the charger, not the radio. I'm going to get another one and put it in parallel because it's only 10 amps and I want at least 15 amps (I don't want to forget I have a 15 amp load and the 10 amp block is blowing - hence me double the amps). It's surprisingly big, but solved my problem well.
