Pleasantly surprised they seem to fit well. Slip one or two out of the drawer, but only if they're really full. Probably about a dozen in a box and I'm happy. Much easier than those that require cutting holes around the drawer. To be honest, if you're worried about them slipping into a drawer, you can still just cut them open and drape them over your ears, but we weren't worried. Bottom line, they're better than anything I can buy locally, so I'll keep buying them.
