Much heavier... and louder
The instructions for replacing the filter were very clear; I had a bit of trouble finding the two hidden screws, but other than that it was very easy to replace. This is a heavier and probably higher quality filter than the stock filter that I removed. However, I am disappointed by the noise development of the thicker filter: The fan now roars and can hardly be endured at high settings. Had I known this would happen I would have returned it before the return deadline.
