The platform has been very easy to use, from signing up through onboarding we've had no issues! We're able improve upon what is currently being offered by other providers in order for us as customers have more options while still maintaining our own unique brand identity with ease of navigation throughout all channels (mobile app website). Our bank's customer experience was not at an optimal level so this new offering will help them reach their goals without any confusion or hassle when it comes time make transactions/funds transfers etc.. I love that it has so many features to help me with my business transactions, keeping track of finances etc. Sometimes it is hard for non-techies like myself to use but there are plenty of tutorials online if you need some extra support! It's really easy to learn how to navigate around the software though. You can't go wrong using this product as they have helped us greatly in our day-to-day operations. Keeping up to date with all financial information at once time and easily accessible when needed.
