Inaccurate description, they don't work.
Firstly after reading the description on Amazon 3 times these antennas are useless. The packaging clearly states that it supports my wireless cameras, but as soon as I plugged them in, nothing showed up. I re-read the piece of paper attached to the antennas (again showing that it supports my cameras) and the only info was to drill a hole in your wall to put the wire through. YOU'RE WELCOME! TRY THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE HOLES! I have returned it for a refund and will keep looking for the antenna it claims to be.
