This machine will not retain the settings you have chosen, as you feed the dough through the machine the rollers will move apart resulting in uneven thickness. So you can't choose the thickness! The handle is not fixed when plugged in, so it keeps falling out of the machine when turning the handle. There were no instructions for the product, there was a sheet of assembly pictures but that was about it. This product was an absolute letdown for me and I regret the purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very poor quality and very poor performance. Giving this #1 rating was generous.
