At first Fortem offered to replace it. So I give them props for it. However, as others have written, this thing smells like poop. It's also not two-tone gray and back. It's only black. Forte admits that "some" items smell like feces and is trying to figure it out. However, one has to be blind not to notice that he is all black. I am very very disappointed in this product. Thank goodness for Prime.
