Review on SHURFLO 183 029 14 Pressure Reducing Chrome by Paul Varnado

We replaced the pressure regulator/preventive fill on this motorhome because the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) installed it on rigid plumbing, which the installation instructions clearly do NOT recommend. Consequently, the original unit leaked when the plastic portion of the regulator broke due to constant vibration from the RV's internal water pump. What we liked was that the new replacement regulator matched exactly what we were replacing. The holes for the mounting screws matched our motorhome perfectly. It would be really nice if the new regulator included a new mounting gasket (just in case).
