I ordered these for my home projects and for kids crafts. They're using them to make paper figures from the Famous People series (this year, Famous People of the American Revolution (Figures in Motion)). I had no idea how tiny these pins are when I ordered them! You are tiny! This makes their tips sharper for piercing cardboard, but they sometimes bend. I was also afraid their tiny heads would go right through the holes, but that didn't happen. But you can't use a hole punch, it makes holes much bigger than these pins. But using a simple pin or pin to fill in a pin hole works great. The colors look amazing and our famous people pronounce the words perfectly! My 9 year old can easily make her own figures out of it. My 7 year old needs help sometimes but when I showed her how to use the pin she did it. ONE WARNING: I almost threw the box away. The package is only 2 inches by 1 inch by 0.5 inches and Revane sent it in a padded envelope along with one or two other larger items and I almost threw away the envelope with the pins inside.
