Great Software + Fantastic Customer Service = A Solid Experience
I love that we are able to easily see our donors coming through the giving line.
We also have some great reports that show us where we need to make changes in order to continue growing. It can be a little confusing at first if you're not familiar with the software but it's definitely worth the learning curve! The biggest thing I would like to mention is how easy it was for the interns to learn all of the ins and outs of the system! We were able to really grow during the summer months when we needed extra manpower, so this was very helpful! Don't hesitate to get in touch with one of their representatives who will be able to answer any questions you may have about the MaxPro software! They provided us with an initial training session that helped me understand what I could expect going forward and how to use the software on my own.

- Detailed analytics dashboard which keeps everyone informed including management staff.
- Ability create customizable "giving pages" as well detailed event descriptions & other details related specifically targeting each individual potential donor/sponsor (incl USPS tracking numbers) making them more likely candidates than generic general ones available from most services or campaigns
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
