MaxPro Review

The ability to track donors through their online giving process was very helpful for our congregation! It made it easy to see which gifts were coming from where so we could be more strategic about how we fundraise. I love that you can set reminders for your monthly giving calls! When we have multiple events going at once its easy to keep track of who's doing what when so it makes communication between us (the team) super simple! I love how easy it was to set up all of our campaigns using this software as well! The support team has been awesome helping me through every step along my way setting everything right for us!! We didn't realize that when we signed off there would be so many features available once you signup. I am having some issues trying to add new people into groups but they are working very hard at getting back-end help from their development department which should take care if any problems down here…

I like that it's user friendly for non-techies to use! It also has some great features such as being able to track donations by different categories (eg food/gifts) or even set up recurring donation schedules. The user interface and mobile app are very intuitive to navigate. Our administrators love that they can easily pull information from anywhere at any time, and have it updated automatically as soon as we post new content.
