I love that you can set reminders for your monthly giving calls! When we have multiple events going at once its easy to keep track of who's doing what when so it makes communication between us (the team) super simple! It also integrates well into our website which was key because there are many different ways people interact online now-a days :) There isn't anything really specific i dislike yet but if/when they add more features like an integrated email marketing platform or other tools similar this will be updated here too ;) The customer service has been great as always - very knowledgeable staff members whom respond quickly any time questions arise about how things work etc! We've had no issues since switching over from another system last year!! If all my teams were switched back then surely everyone would find something wrong right? But honestly their support does wonders even though sometimes takes longer than expected.
