I liked that this powder has no flavor at all. This particular product mixes well with water, but when added to something like almond milk, it's imperceptible. For me, the best results have been achieved when sipping it with a small spoonful of flavored protein powder 30-60 minutes before a workout, or simply mixing it with some cold water and drinking it during a workout. I really noticed a difference not only during the workout with more endurance and feeling like I could do more than the person next to me, but my recovery afterwards was faster. I was able to build muscle faster than if I hadn't used it at all. I was trying to gain some muscle mass and it helped. I can definitely tell my upper body has gotten bigger after using this product. I'm a huge fan!
