I'm surprised by all the positive reviews - it's a lot smoother than I expected. I didn't need anything special to store my capsules, but the two main reasons I didn't like it and returned it were: 1) The drawer tends to snag a lot and it doesn't slide out all the way, forcing it on me to put my fingers in. find a wayward pod stuck in the back of the drawer and 2) it's made out of slick, brittle plastic so my pods slid around all over the place. I love the idea and the overall design, but it's just not executed very well. You can splurge a little more and get something nicer
