I bought a pair about 3 months ago and one of the batteries cuts out sporadically. It charges without a problem and even when fully charged it stops sporadically when used in my circular saw, driver, drill, recip saw, and battery-operated light so it's the battery and not the tool. I suspect there is a poor connection internally but on opening the case there is nothing visibly wrong.It is beyond the return period so I can't return it although the other battery is working fine. I've also had a problem with Dewalt batteries that I purchased that were in sealed Dewalt packaging but with a 3-year warranty, they were replaced after a few months.Disappointed with these knock offs.
