
The support staff is very responsive to our needs for updates or changes we need help with during any part of an issue lifecycle from proposal through analysis/drafting in preparation stages all way into final stage lobbying efforts at congress (or even before that). I have had some issues getting specific information about bill sponsorships but nothing major has happened over time as far what i can tell by talking directly wtih their team members who are always available if you just ask them! Support tickets get answered fairly quickly so it's nice knowing someone will be working actively until your request gets resolved either positively - which usually happens relatively soon after asking questions via chat / email etc., negatively when things take longer than expected due being busy season where there were many requests coming thru vs slower times like now mid year 2020 COVID19 crisis was causing delays across multiple industries.
