Great tiny device for the price - if it works

Edit - 11/1/2016 - Hence I downgraded the device to two stars. I recently noticed that with a continuous ping, every 9th ping takes about 1000ms, sometimes 2000ms or even 3000ms. This means that when downloading a large file, every 9 seconds the file will pause for a second and then resume. I didn't worry about this as I now have a device on my laptop that is used for surfing the web. My original desktop computer was upgraded to a Netgear power supply which doesn't experience these dips. I have Windows 10 x64 and couldn't find a driver to solve this problem. Anyway I thought maybe it's my Archer C7 so I didn't think to write a negative review but I just got back from my friend's house and I'm having a hard time getting a major iOS update for the iPhone upload my friend's to iTunes. Constant stops led to loading problems. I had to switch back to the laptop's built-in WiFi N, which was slower but had a consistent speed. So after that I decided to only use Wireless N in my laptop and get rid of that power supply altogether. Those constant freezes are annoying, especially when loading something large. Original Review --- I bought this about 6 months ago when I bought a new AC router (Archer C7). It was stable and relatively fast. routers nearby. I can transfer data at around 120 Mbit/s without any problems. For what I do, the speed is more than enough. About four times faster than my Wireless N card. It worked plug and play in Windows 8. Haven't had any crashes in six months while playing Diablo 3, streaming movies, copying data over wireless networks, surfing the internet, remote VPN connections. And it was very cheap. If I were further away from the router I'd get a bigger device with better antennas, but since it's right next door it's perfect, especially for the price.
