At my granddaughter's Sweet 16 party on December 14th, it was too late to get a refund or even ask for a replacement! I wasn't too happy when we unpacked this 25 piece rose gold set to find the knives weren't even bagged and basically tossed in the box, so 3 broken dinner plates, 3 broken mugs and 1 broken salad/pie plate instead of a set of 25 I had a set of 22 to try and make up for what I had and had to run for simple PLASTIC PLATES to use! It's a beautiful set and looked amazing on the tables we've had enough of them but their handling, packaging and checking of their items before packing and shipping to their customers who rely on them leaves a lot to be desired. ! It almost looked like they had been used BEFORE! Disgusting
