Review on Winco SCAL-62 2lb/1kg Scale with 6.5-Inch Dial by Deanna Belanger

Maybe there should be some kind of calibration, but there were no instructions, no tech support number, nothing. At first it was out of the box. The dial was past the 0 to the 32 ounce mark. I might be able to set the needle to 0 while at rest, but the screw is special and I couldn't find a way to do this without pliers (and I didn't want to damage this thing as I would probably return it). I thought maybe it would still read correctly. Pictures of his wild inaccuracies. A 32 ounce item that needs to be able to read the scale will only be registered as a 12 ounce item. Did I get a fake or something similar? Otherwise it's metal. It doesn't have rubber feet so it slides easily.
