I like that it has all of my food groups, vitamins, minerals etc in one place so there is no need to look up each vitamin/mineral separately.
It does not have any meal plans or recipes which can be helpful for some people who are looking at this app as an addition to their fitness program. If you're just starting out with nutrition then this could help you get started but if your already doing well nutritionally then this might make things more confusing than they should be. This app helps me stay organized while cooking meals and tracking what foods i eat throughout the day.
