Poor quality control
As you can see from the photo, it was not possible to properly glue the thermal sync. A tube of hot melt glue costs 50% of the price of the goods. Maybe that's why they have so many flaws. These kinds of problems shouldn't exist, and they underline the "don't care" attitude.
