I bought the 40K but I'm so excited about the 80K! This is life saving. I have cystic/hormonal acne and it works wonders. Even when I don't have a blackhead, I put them on a cystic pimple and the patches help reduce the inflammation/size. I also put XL patches on my nose and they pulled oil and dirt out of my pores. The skin afterwards became much cleaner and softer. I can't get any further without it. I've had a lot of breakouts lately, especially with masks, so I use them daily.
