Simple, convenient - if only one more plug

To be honest I was surprised (in a good way) by the sound quality and comfort of this headset. What I've used before: - Apple wired headphones and sometimes Airpods - Single-channel wired headset Comfort: Compared to the wired headset I've used - day and night - it's full coverage, so on the ear. plush, soft and the whole headset is lightweight. worn for several days. The only downside is that you get used to blocking outside noise (good/bad, depending on how you think about it. WFH. needs to listen a bit to troubled kids, but good at blocking out household noise too. They're noise-cancelling , but definitely better than an ear) - a note: I've found that my ears get warmer over time. Again, I'm comparing an in-ear product, so I think it's probably natural with over-ear plush headsets? - The ear pads rotate for a snug fit on the head and fold for storage. up - Windows 10 - plug and play to USB hub. the computer picked it up right away. I mainly use for Teams and a bit of Zoom, both programs responded to the mute/volume buttons and the participants on the other end reported no audio issues. Speaking of audio, stereo sound. breathtaking. I felt like I needed to turn up the computer's audio a bit, but that might just be me. but good quality on my part. even heard some music, not at the highest level of course, but better than mono! The meeting/call participants on the other end mentioned that I sounded like a godsend and the noise-cancelling mic just seemed to isolate me. One downside: I wish it had more than just the 'old' USB connection - I have a USB hub for my laptop, but going forward I think USB-C is the way to go. I'm assuming a USBA to USBC adapter would work, but haven't tried it. Also, I didn't use the 3mm phone jack. Since my iPhone doesn't support it, it's just a computer headset for me for now.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
